Cherish Crafts guarantees that client details are for our use only for processing orders and postage reasons, we don't store details (digitally or manually) or share our customers details unless required to do so by law. When you conduct a transaction on our website as part of the process we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal details will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Online payments are processed by PayPal from your computer to their servers and is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets layer (SSL) protocol.

Cherish Crafts is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Terms & Conditions

Many of my items can be personalised whether it's a verse in a card that is personal to you, or a particular phrase you would like to include on a picture, please let me know and if it's possible to do so, I will include it for you.

Please do not ask me to copy brand name items etc.... as such items are covered by Copyright Laws & Licences and therefore it is illegal to do so.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Stock items can be returned.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery of the item(s), please post the item(s) back within 5 days of delivery of the item(s) using a tracked service and please inform us of the tracking number.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in the items value.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for these items.
